APAC Technical and Vocational Education Forum
Bringing Us Together: TVET in the Asia-Pacific
5th November & 12th November 2021
Te Pūkenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology, Education New Zealand, and Skills Consulting Group are thrilled to announce an inaugural APAC TVET Forum, to be held as a state-of-the art immersive virtual conference.
The Global COVID pandemic has put skills issues and innovation on the center stage, as governments, industries, and educators alike work to upskill and reskill workforces disrupted by the pandemic and ensure strong working futures.
The APAC TVET Forum will bring together the necessary key groups for effective TVET: Governments, Industries, and Educators. The Forum will offer Government to Government (G2G), Business to Business (B2B), and System-to-System content streams, then will “bring us together” for a cross-system conversation across the APAC region.
We will hear from senior government officials, major companies, international organisations, and TVET sector leaders from around the APAC region. Keynote speakers include Stephen Town, Chief Executive of Te Pūkenga and Mark Gomes, Group Senior VP and Head of Training for ADECCO Global.
The Forum will be held over two Fridays (5 November and 12 November, 2021). Timing and further details can be found via the link below:
