The Food and Fibre Centre of Vocational Excellence (Food and Fibre CoVE) is dedicated to enhancing the apprenticeship experience in New Zealand’s food and fibre industry. Through its “Quality Host Employers Good Practice Review,” Food and Fibre CoVE emphasises the importance of quality host employers in providing apprentices with supportive and enriching work environments which not only enhances the apprenticeship experience but also ensures a skilled and capable workforce for the future of New Zealand’s food and fibre industries.
